Enjoy the holidays this season with a variety of different fun events. We have found four can't-miss events this holiday season that we are sure you will enjoy.
1. Gingerbread Cookie Decorating

Enjoy some alone time or spend some time with a friend and decorate gingerbread cookies together this winter. The Westport Museum for History and Culture is inviting you to celebrate the holidays with their gingerbread cookie decorating activity. This could be a great activity for parents, children, couples, family, friends, or yourself. Tickets for this event are $15 per pair and $10 for members. Each workshop will last for approximately one hour and only six pairs may go at a time so make sure you make your reservations ahead of time.
2. Shakespeare on the Sound: A Christmas Carol
December 15th, 2024, 3:00pm | Pequot Library, 720 Pequot Avenue, Fairfield, CT, 06890
Shakespeare on the Sound presents you two fantastic showings of A Christmas Carol. Tickets for this event are $75 for adults and $25 for children under the age of twelve. There are going to be two different showings so you can have a choice of which one to see. The second showing will have a reception with light food and drinks after the performance.
3. Milford Buoy Tree Lighting Ceremony
December 15th, 2024, 4:45pm | 40 Railroad Avenue, Milford, CT, 06460
Come to Milford on December 15th if you want to see their towns fun and festive Buoy Christmas Tree Lighting. This event is free and would be a fun time for you to spend time with your friends and or family this holiday season. The event will start at 4:45 just after sunset.
4. Holiday Trivia Contest for Adults!
December 18th, 2024, 6:00pm | Fairfield public library, 1080 Old Post Road, Fairfield, CT, 06824
Enjoy the holiday season by testing your knowledge of the holidays at the Fairfield Public Library for an Adult Trivia Contest. You can enter as a team or individually for this event and you can enjoy a variety of refreshments that they will provide. You can also compete for some fun prizes that you surely will want to have.
